Timkuk Julfa Aaron, PhD.

Timkuk Julfa Aaron, is a Russian trained international law expert and holder of PhD in Political Science from the Southern Federal Univeristy, Rostov on Don, Russia. He is budding social entrepreneur, social and political affairs commentator and writer.

 Dr. Timkuk’s passion for addressing the socio-legal problems associated with drug use and its associated risks in Nigeria and Africa  led to the establishment of Khirana Healthcare. He believes that the drug challenges faced by the African continent can only be ameliorated through new approaches including evidence based treatment and care carried out in close collaboration with all critical stakeholders, healthcare practitioners, the government, drug users and their care givers etc. He is bringing to the  organisation interdisciplinary research experience, advocacy skills and international partnership networks. His personal work experience has seen him work for both Russian and African Agencies/companies such as, Russian BioResources Ltd, the Directorate of Technical Aids Corps, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja and The Knowledge institute Eswatini.

He is also the founder and Executive Director of Priority Solutuons (PTY) LTD , an investment group in the Kingdom of Eswatini with business interests in Health, Pharmaceuticals, Mining and Agriculture.

Timkuk is the author of the Book “ Political Dialogue in Plural Societies “ (December 2021) and continues to write and advocate for women’s and children’s rights, respect and empathy for drug users, good governance and the rule of Law in Africa.

Khirana healthcare and Social enterprise is an organization with an ambitious mission: to positively impact the lives of individuals in Sub-Saharan Africa affected by drugs and associated problems.
